How to find a running partner by flexjohn
All you need is good running shoes and a place to run. However running also requires a lot of endurance and stamina and thats the reason it is so effective. But because it requires so much effort, most people start off energetically and excited and after sometime when the excitement wears off people start breaking their regularity. One thing you can do to stay motivated is Find Running Partner and run together. A running partner will keep you motivated and encourage you to be regular.
But finding a running partner can be challenging if you don't where to look for. Following are some of the places where you should search for a running partner.
1. Post on social activity, classified sites
There are many sites on the internet that provide classifieds for personal and social activities. You should post ads on those sites that you are looking for a running partner in your area.
Also try to describe what type of running partner are you looking for, how often and what time are you planning to run. All these details will help you find a better matching running partner. There are many sites around and finding a free one should not be hard.
2. Update your status on social networks
Social networks website have become an integral part of our life. Almost everybody have profiles and friends on social network. Therefore I think social networks are a perfect candidate to find a Running Partners . Update your status on your profile that you are looking for a running buddy. These status updates are seen by all your friends and if anyone would be interested they will definitely contact you.
3. Ask friends and family
There may be many friends and family who are not particularly internet savvy but very active and outgoing. You should ask all your friends and extended family if some would like to join you for running. And because you them so well you will have no problem interacting and exercising together. Try to entice them by telling them the benefits of exercising together.
4. See who else is running in your neighborhood park
This may not sound such an obvious way to find a running partner but you can find one by coming in to your neighborhood park and seeing who else is out there and running. Most likely if people have been running for a while they will not mind actually having a company as running partner. Just go with a smile, introduce yourself and ask them if they would like to be a running partner.

Frequently Asked Questions...
Is evolution possible?
Reproduction is based on genes and chromosomes, and two sexes, and transfer into a new species on changes of these (genes and chromosomes) and creation of new ones of these. -I suppose, that composition and length of the gene has to occur to make evolution of one species to another possible, and that a change in one sex has to be followed by a corresponding change ot the other sex, and that the offspring to has to meet a fit partner etc etc. How likely is it that a mutated sperm meets a likewise mutated egg?
And how can new genes arise? -Is it possible?
Answer:
Hey! Well I can see you have the mind of a scientist
Your assumptions I'm afraid are wrong. Yes the composition of the gene (not necessarily length) has to change in order for evolution to occur, but the change in one sex does not have to occur in the other. The thing determining sex is itself a gene. But some genes that cause a certain trait are dominant, that is, possessing this gene is both necessary and sufficient to cause that trait. So passing this gene on, regardless of where it came from would cause the trait. However, even if one individual possesses a recessive mutation, the trait can still arise due to a range of genetic mechanisms in that individual (such as deletion, nondisjunction etc etc). Possessing one of these recessive genes would predispose the individual to developing that disease and so would be included in the evolutionary cycle. It is very important to consider that not all organisms reproduce sexually, bacteria for example reproduces without the need for another sex, as do plants. So the 'offspring' would always have the mutation.
To answer your questions...in the population as a whole it is very unlikely that 2 particularly recessive mutations will meet each other and cause the disease (providing the whole world is free to breed with whoever they want), but it does happen. This is why you do hear about people with terrible diseases, a surprisingly common one - cystic fibrosis. Between two individuals you have to consider possible genetic recombination when the 2 alleles when sperm and egg meet. If a father has a recessive mutation in 1 allele and the mother also has this recessive mutation than the chances are 1 in 4 that they will meet.
New genes can arise. Great examples of this happening in the past is with the proteins which allow us to see, and those which make up haemoglobin. They normally arise due to defects in DNA replication. Sometimes the machinery gets things a bit wrong, and genes can be copied. This results in two of the same gene lying adjacent to each other. This means that each gene can acquire different mutations and so have different properties. In the case of the 'seeing' proteins, some were better at absorbing red, some blue and hence why we can see these colours. Less evolved monkeys do not have such mutations and copies of genes and hence they see monochromatically.
I am sorry if I have over complicated this! If you have any questions I would be very glad to answer them for you.
And keep up your inquisitive mind. :>
