I just got my braces tightened and a power chain..?
I just got a new wire on the bottom. But not a new wire on the top. But I do have 2 power chains on the top.Is that why my top teeth hurt so bad? I feel like I just want to rip them off. Is there anything I can take for the pain? I know advil but anything else?

Power chains are the most uncomfortable part of the whole process, and spacers second. Advil is it, and maybe warm salt water. Hang in there, should get better in a couple days. Be sure to eat soft foods, and de stress with bubble baths or walking so you don't grind your teeth.
